Weddings and Receptions
 Weddings at the Red Barn Farm are as unique as the couples that plan them. From elegant cocktail receptions to rustic farm themes, our party barn can be dressed up or down to your taste. We can provide tables and chairs for up to 150 people. If you need more please, contact for us options. We offer cold storage, freezer storage, trash receptacles, a bonfire (weather permitting), indoor restrooms and plenty of outlets for caterers and DJs.
We are happy to provide you with names of businesses that frequently cater events on the Farm. We can also help you with choosing a photographer and DJ. The barn is available for weddings, receptions and rehearsal dinners. Please call 816-386-5437 for availability and prices. Picnics, Hayrides And Bonfire Parties
The Red Barn Farm is the perfect place to host a graduation party, retreat, team or family get-together, a school reunion or a corporate getaway. Any day of the week you can have an outdoor party around a bonfire or host a larger gathering in our party barn.
Outdoor Parties
 Our two outdoor locations are ideal for groups wanting to enjoy time outside under the stars. Each one has a fire pit where we will build a bonfire for you group. We provide hot dog roasting sticks, trash receptacles, tables for your food, indoor restrooms and a hayride. Everyone in encouraged to enjoy the beautiful countryside and animals in the barnyard. Your group provides food, drink, picnic supplies and chairs.
Available: 5:50-9:30 pm, Monday through Sunday
Rental Cost: $5.25 per person, 2 years and up
April- August, minimum of 30
September-October Monday-Thursday minimum 30
Friday - Sunday minimum 50
A deposit of $100 holds your reservation (nonrefundable). Sales tax added to all events if the guests do not have a tax exempt letter.
The Party Barn
Our barn is ideal for groups wanting a facility for indoor activities such as barn dancing, bands, DJ’s and guest speakers and programs. Included in your rental are tables and chairs for 150, trash receptacles and plenty of outlets. We also provide hayride and a bonfire for you group. You provide food, drinks and picnic supplies.
Two Sessions Available: 11:30am-4:30pm and 5:30pm-9:30pm
Guests can extend their evening session to midnight for an additional $100
Rental Cost: $5.25 person, 2 years and up plus barn usage fee of $100
Minimum 50 guests
A deposit of $100 holds your reservation (nonrefundable).
Sales tax applies unless you have a tax exempt letter.
